During this demo, you’ll gain valuable insights into the operational ease, flexibility, and precision of the InnoventX. We’ll cover essential topics such as:

  • Software Guided Workflows: User-friendly processes to simulate sintering and prepare your build
  • Efficient Build Preparation: Streamlined processes in a footprint optimized for accessibility
  • Process Settings Adjustments: What variables are available to users and what will they change.
  • Process Stabilization: Fine-tune key variables like binder saturation and powder dispensing to accommodate consistency in printing performance.
  • Post-Print Workflow: Walk through cross-link and dewpowdering, as well as the final densification of parts in the sintering furnace

About the Speakers

Max Inks, Senior Process Engineer

With 12 years of experience in developing and engineering binder jet systems, Max has formed and hardened concepts into reality. With his initial focus as an electrical designer, bringing the pneumatic, fluidic, and electrical subsystems to life in the M-Flex in 2013, Max has continuously pushed the boundaries of the binder jet technology. Through the engineering and development of the Innovent platform and its many customer-centric hardware upgrades, to the productivity and versatility of the X25Pro, Max’s drive for technology advancement has led him through roles with Engineering, Product Launch, Parts Production, and now Materials and Process Development. Join Max on a deep dive of process control and development on the InnoventX platform.
