X25Pro: Most-Trusted Production Grade Binder Jet Printing System
Now available with TurboFuse, a high-speed, high-strength binder that delivers peak 3D printing times
The X25Pro is Now Powered by TurboFuse – a High-Speed, High-Strength Binder That Delivers Peak 3D Printing Times
The Desktop Metal X25Pro metal 3D printer with TurboFuse binder takes Additive Manufacturing’s most trusted production binder jet 3D printer, with 40+ global installs, and turbocharges it with binder jetting’s fastest printing binder.
The X25Pro is a production-grade binder jet system suitable for prototyping and rapid product development with the space to make multiple iterations as well as short-run production.
TurboFuse-is an intelligent, high-strength binder chemistry that demonstrates enhanced adhesion to metal powders, TurboFuse dries quickly and accurately after saturation into the powder bed — eliminating the need to heat each layer, which slows down competing printers. By eliminating this heating step during printing TurboFuse improves already-fast binder jet 3D print speeds by up to 50%. TurboFuse also delivers higher-strength green parts than any top binder jet 3D printing competitor and improved printhead life – all of which reduce operating and per-unit part costs.
X-Series Printers: Scalable Binder Jet 3D Printing
Binder jetting on the Desktop Metal X-Series was developed with scalability in mind to drive innovative applications from R&D and prototyping to serial production with repeatable performance across a range of machines. The X25Pro is bookended in the X-Series by the InnoventX and X160Pro. Applications can be developed on an InnoventX before scaling for production on the X25Pro and X160Pro.

Whitepaper: Triple ACT
The X25Pro feature industrial piezoelectric printheads and patented Triple ACT advanced compaction technology that allows the X25Pro to process metals, ceramics, and more with high density and repeatability for functional, precision parts and tooling.
Successful binder jet 3D printing in a specialty material requires an understanding and tight control of your powder recoating process. Our unique Triple ACT system solves three of the most challenging aspects of creating a thin, uniform layer of powder for a print job: dispensing, spreading, and compacting fine powders. Learn how it works in our white paper.
